Mastrud-Rogen

Stacy Mastrud, Moorhead, and Tony Rogen, West Fargo, announce their engagement.

Parents are Ronald and Alice Mastrud, Fargo; and Ronald and Fae Rogen, Audubon, Minn.

Stacy graduated in 2000 from Shanley High School, Fargo, and graduated from Minnesota State University Moorhead with a master’s degree in education. She is a teacher with Fargo Public Schools.

Tony graduated from MSUM with a bachelor’s degree in business administration. He is a sales representative at Dacotah Paper Co., Fargo.

A July 28 wedding is planned at Hope Lutheran Church, followed by a reception at the Holiday Inn, both in Fargo.
