Ted and Emily (Jacobson) Veen, Harwood, N.D., will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary at an open house from 6 to 11 p.m. Saturday at the Harwood Community Center.
Ted and Emily (Jacobson) Veen, Harwood, N.D., will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary at an open house from 6 to 11 p.m. Saturday at the Harwood Community Center.
They were married June 23, 1962, at Faaberg Lutheran Church, Rindahl, Minn. Ted has owned Ted’s Northport Tesoro, Fargo, for 29 years, and Emily worked for the West Fargo School District for 32 years and retired in 2010.
They have two sons, Todd (Kim) and Terry, and one daughter, Tami (Tim) Rudolph, all Harwood; and four grandchildren.
