Rachel graduated from St. Cloud (Minn.) State University with a bachelor’s degree in elementary education.
Bryce graduated from North Dakota State University with a bachelor’s degree in business administration.
A July 20 wedding is planned in Casselton, N.D., followed by a reception at the Governors’ Conference Center, Casselton.
