John and Carolyn (Opie) Motter, Hope, N.D., celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary on June 29 with their family.
John and Carolyn (Opie) Motter, Hope, N.D., celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary on June 29 with their family.
They were married June 29, 1962, at First Presbyterian Church, Fargo.
They have five children, Paul (Susan) Motter, Cooperstown, N.D.; Jean (Andy) Neset, Mayville, N.D.; Carol (Greg) Goff, Danvers, Minn.; Daniel (Marlene) Motter, Clifford, N.D.; and Aaron (Elsie) Motter, Mandan, N.D.; and 14 grandchildren.
