Meyer-Weisbecker

Leah Meyer and John Weisbecker, Columbia Heights, Minn., announce their engagement.

Parents are Dale Meyer and Deborah and Larry Williams, Fargo; Gloria Weisbecker, La Crosse, Wis.; and Jim and Maribeth Weisbecker, De Soto, Wis.

Leah graduated in 1997 from Fargo South High School and in 2001 graduated from Minnesota State Community and Technical College with an associate degree in sales, marketing and management. She is a merchandise team manager at Macy’s Southdale, Edina, Minn.

John graduated in 1996 from Aquinas High School and in 2000 graduated from the University of Minnesota with a bachelor’s degree in economics. He is a senior accounting analyst with The Clifton Group, Edina, Minn.

An Aug. 25 wedding is planned at First Lutheran Church, Columbia Heights, followed by a reception at the Minneapolis Marriott Northwest, Brooklyn Park, Minn.
