Holt-Clendenin

Emily Holt and Paul Clendenin, Stafford, Va., announce their engagement.

Parents are Mel and Kim Olson, Fargo; Robert Holt, Grafton, N.D.; and Jim and Luvina Clendenin, Watertown, S.D.

Emily graduated in 2005 from Fargo South High School, and in 2009 she graduated from North Dakota State University with a bachelor’s degree in public relations and advertising. She is a marketing and communications specialist at NextCare, Stafford.

Paul graduated in 2005 from Watertown High School. He is a sergeant with the U.S. Marine Corps and is currently stationed at Marine Corps Base Quantico in Virginia.

An Aug. 25 wedding is planned at Hope Lutheran Church, Fargo.
