Oppegard-Bormann

Emily Oppegard and Michael Bormann, Fargo, announce their engagement.

Parents are Claude and Kari Oppegard, Glyndon, Minn.; and Jerry and Barb Bormann, Moorhead.

Emily graduated in 2007 from Dilworth-Glyndon-Felton (Minn.) High School, and in 2011 she graduated from North Dakota State University with a bachelor’s degree in marketing. She is a brand specialist in the marketing department at Sanford Health, Fargo.

Mike graduated in 2006 from Moorhead High School, and in 2011 he graduated from Minnesota State University Moorhead with a bachelor’s degree in finance. He is an account manager at BWI Insurance at Bank of the West, Fargo.

A Sept. 1 wedding is planned at Emily’s grandparents’ farm near Twin Valley, Minn., followed by a reception at the Shooting Star Casino, Mahnomen, Minn.
