Julius and Diane (Backer) Johnson, Fargo, will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary with a family dinner.
Julius and Diane (Backer) Johnson, Fargo, will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary with a family dinner.
They were married Aug. 31, 1962, at Plymouth Congregational Church, Fargo.
Julius worked as a teacher in Minneapolis and Fargo until he retired in 1994. Diane worked as a cake decorator for Hornbacher’s for 26 years and retired in 2005.
They have two children, Monique (Toufik) Ammi, Minneapolis; and Rachel Nelson, Fargo; and three grandchildren, Riley, Sydney and Josh Nelson.
