North Dakota Barbecue Championship, Sickie’s Garage, 2525 9th Ave. S., Fargo; contestants compete in ribs, pork and chicken; individual categories crowned and combined scores from all categories determine grand champion; $5,000 in prize money will be split among winners; judges are Eric Berg and David Newman of NDSU’s Meat-Animal Science Department.
