Ahrendt-Barta

Bobbi Ahrendt and Cole Barta, Rosemount, Minn., announce their engagement.

Parents are Devin Ahrendt, New London, Minn.; Rick Barta, Moorhead; and Susie and Ron Jordan, Lake Park, Minn.

Bobbi graduated in 2003 from New London-Spicer (Minn.) High School and in 2012 she graduated from Century College, White Bear Lake, Minn., with an associate’s degree in dental hygiene. She is a dental hygienist at Metro Dental Care, Cottage Grove, Minn.

Cole graduated in 2002 from Moorhead High School and in 2007 he graduated from Mankato (Minn.) State University with a bachelor’s degree in parks and recreation management. He is employed at Fort Snelling State Park, Bloomington, Minn.

A Sept. 22 wedding is planned in Moorhead, followed by a reception at the Avalon Events Center, Fargo.
