GRAND FORKS, N.D. - Frances M. Keller, 95, of Devils Lake, N.D., formerly of Oberon, N.D., died Thursday at Altru Hospital, Grand Forks, N.D. Mass of Christian Burial is 10 a.m., Monday, at St. Joseph Catholic Church, Devils Lake, with burial in St. Joseph’s Catholic Cemetery. Visitation is from 3 to 5, Sunday, with a Rosary and Scripture service at 5 p.m. Visitation in one hour prior to the funeral mass, Monday.
