Parents are Pat Wetsch, Killdeer, N.D.; Mary Baumann, Ashley, N.D.; and Robert and Shirley Elliott, Moorhead
Arika graduated in 2003 from Minnesota State University Moorhead and she recently opened an office in Fargo with a Denver-based insurance company.
Jim has owned and operated Elliott Transport Systems in Moorhead since 1992.
The wedding will be Saturday in Moorhead.
