Ranck-McManus

Heather Andrea Ranck and Ryan Patrick McManus, Fargo, announce their engagement.

Parents are Donald and Virginia Ranck, Paradise, Penn.; and Patrick and Sonia McManus, Fargo.

Heather graduated from George Washington University, Washington, D.C., with a bachelor’s degree in international business, and the University of San Diego with a master’s degree peace and justice studies. She is an international trade specialist at the U.S. Department of Commerce, Fargo.

Ryan graduated from Concordia College with a bachelor’s degree in business administration. He is a relationship manager at Wells Fargo, Moorhead.

An Oct. 27 wedding is planned in Moorhead.
