Parents are Mark and Lori Foldesi, Greenbush, Minn.; and Gregg and Karen Hagen, Wahpeton, N.D.
Kelsey graduated from North Dakota State University and is employed at Case New Holland, Fargo.
Ryan graduated from Central Lakes Technical College, Staples, Minn. He is employed by Integrity Windows and Doors, West Fargo.
An Oct. 20 wedding and reception are planned at the Foldesi Farm near Greenbush.
