Posture clinic set at 5 Element Yoga

FARGO – Juliet Trnka and Terry Lausch of 5 Element Studio are holding a posture clinic called “The Sacred Spine: How Posture can heal in meditation and daily life.” The workshop is from 2:30 to 4:30 p.m. today at 5 Element Yoga, 824 Main Ave. Cost is $40 and student discounts are available. All are welcome, regardless of prior meditation experience or religious faith.
