Felipe da Silva-Utecht

Larissa Felipe da Silva and Casey Brett Utecht were married March 24, 2012, at the Nedrebo Farm near Argusville, N.D.

Parents are Mr. & Mrs. Aloisio Felipe da Silva, Vitoria, Espírito Santo, Brazil; and Gene and Beth Utecht, Underwood, N.D.

Grandparents are the late Mr. and Mrs. Amim Felipe da Silva and the late Mr. and Mrs. Jose Bastos da Silva, Alegre, ES Brazil; Clayton and Marion Nedrebo, Argusville; Laura Utecht, St. Paul; and the late Harold Utecht.

Attendants were the groom’s grandparents, Clayton and Marion Nedrebo.

Larissa is a graduate of Colegio Salesiano in Vitoria, and she graduated from Universidade Federal do Espirito Santo with a bachelor of arts degree and she is an independent visual artist. She is represented by Gallery Matias Brotas in Vitoria.

Casey graduated from Underwood High School. He served for seven years in the U.S. Air Force and he graduated from Bismarck State College. He works for the Corps of Engineers at the Oahe Power Plant, Pierre, S.D.

The couple will make their home in Pierre.
