CANDO, N.D. - William G. "Bill" Howard, 89, Cando, died Thursday in Towner County Medical Center.
Visitation will be from 5-7 p.m., with a family service at 7 p.m., Sunday at Dunnigan-Dix Funeral Home, Cando. Visitation will continue one hour before the funeral. The funeral will be 1 p.m. Monday at Cando Lutheran Church. Interment will be in I.O.O.F. Cemetery, Cando.
