Parents are Beki and Jeff Sample, Dickinson, N.D.; and Jim and Sue Engelstad, Fargo.
Amanda graduated in 2012 from North Dakota State University and she is attending the University of North Dakota School of Law, Grand Forks.
Mark graduated in 1995 from West Fargo High School. He is employed by Steier Oilfield Service, Dickinson, N.D.
A Nov. 14 wedding is planned at the Gran Melia Resort, Puerto Rico.
