Essentia website shows walk-in, ER wait times

FARGO – Essentia Health has updated its website so patients can check live wait times for emergency and walk-in care.

The website also allows patients to “meet” a doctor before making an appointment by viewing physician videos.

More than 100 Essentia Health doctors, physician assistants and nurse practitioners from Fargo-Moorhead and surrounding areas have videos posted on the website, and more are being added.

Also, Essentia has a new mobile site to make accessing its website from a smartphone easier. The site brings together more than 25 individual sites, including health information for consumers.
