Parents are Michael Bares, Lila Bares, John Koch and Cheri Koch, all of Fargo.

Michelle graduated in 2007 from Fargo South High School. She will be graduating in December from Minnesota State University Moorhead with a bachelor’s degree in elementary education and teaching English as a second language. She is student teaching in the Minneapolis School District.
Alec graduated in 2007 from Fargo South High School, and in 2011 he graduated from MSUM with a bachelor’s degree in music industry with an emphasis in business. He is employed by MakeMusic Inc., Eden Prairie, Minn.
The couple will make their home in Minneapolis.
