DeFloren and Edna (Olson) Rude, Gary, Minn., will celebrate their 70th wedding anniversary on Tuesday.
DeFloren and Edna (Olson) Rude, Gary, Minn., will celebrate their 70th wedding anniversary on Tuesday.
They were married Jan. 1, 1943, at Ness Church, Gary.
DeFloren worked as a teacher and school principal until he retired and Edna is a genealogist.
They have three sons, Ronald (Karen), Plains, Mont.; Steven (Rebecca), Fargo; and Michael (Jane), Cambridge, Minn.; eight grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
