Aynsley Odegard and Scott Gunnerson were married Oct. 12, 2012, at Immanuel Lutheran Church, followed by a reception at the Country Inn and Suites, both in Fargo.

Parents are Richard and Kae Odegard, Anoka, Minn.; and James and Gayle Gunnerson, Crookston, Minn.

Attendants were Ashley Odegard, Anoka; and Justin Luckow, Crookston.

Aynsley graduated in 1995 from Anoka Senior High School and in 2004 she graduated from the University of Minnesota with a bachelor’s degree in mortuary science. She is a funeral director at Hanson-Runsvold Funeral Home, Fargo. Aynsley’s dress was handmade to have a retro look. Her “something old” was a gift given to her great-grandmother, Edith Odegard (deceased), of Fairbault, Minn. It was the lace collar and cuffs of Evangeline Whipple’s wedding dress, whose husband was Bishop Henry Whipple, Minnesota’s first Episcopal bishop.

Scott graduated in 1997 from Crookston High School. He is a journeyman electrician at Hope Electric, Hope, N.D.

The couple will make their home in Fargo.
