Gerald “Jerry” and Joanne (Schildberger) Sandy will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary on Saturday with a Mass and blessing at Sts. Anne and Joachim Catholic Church, Fargo, followed by a family dinner at the Fargo Country Club.

They were married Feb. 16, 1963, at St. Mary’s Catholic Church, Park River, N.D.
They have five children, Paige (Marty) O’Keefe, Chaska, Minn.; Perry (Diane) Sandy, Waynesboro, Pa.; David Sandy, Bismarck; and Wade (Amy) Sandy and Tim (Kary) Sandy, Fargo; and 14 grandchildren.
