BISMARCK, N.D. - Joseph “Joe” Herda, 68, Bismarck, died Monday in his home under the care of Hospice.
Visitation will be from 3-6:30 p.m. Saturday at Gilbertson Funeral Home in Devils Lake. Visitation will be from 10-11 a.m. Saturday at St. Olaf Lutheran Church in Devils Lake. Burial will be in Crary Cemetery.
