Fargo - Manager Minda Ringdahl says Nichole’s seasonal Strawberry Lemonade Sorbet is selling faster than it melts.

“We go through so much of it that it may not be in the case at the end of the week,” she says.

According to Minnesota Department of Agriculture reports, it’s prime strawberry time.

The cold spring pushed back the state’s strawberry season, which put its peak over the long Fourth of July weekend.
