This week on “Hungry for More,” host Jim Manney is back at one of our favorite places, Mezzaluna in downtown Fargo with Chef Jeff Reitz.

With all the different (and sometimes boring) ways to make chicken, Reitz is keeping it simple and tasty as he shows us how to use every part of a chicken.

He describes how to break it down and make the perfect chicken breasts and legs. In next week’s episode, he’s show how to make the best homemade chicken stock.

The process is extremely easy and is cheaper than buying all of the cheap, frozen and high-sodium versions at the store.

Not only that, but Reitz finishes it off by showing us how to make a pan-seared chicken breast so you don’t have to “wing it.”
