Bridal Shower Announcement Form

The Forum publishes free announcements for open house bridal showers in the Sunday Celebrations section and on The Forum's Web site, www.inforum.com. Deadline for the following Sunday edition is noon Tuesday.

Due to space constraints, some information may be held for two weeks. Consideration will be given to event dates.

Include a daytime telephone number in case of questions.

Photos are not used in these announcements.

The Forum reserves the right to control editorial content on all announcements in the Celebrations section. Information submitted will be edited to fit The Forum style guidelines.
