Jackie -- 12th street bridge has been closed for a while now. Main Ave and I-94 are currently the only reliable ways across the river. I-94 exits on 8th street are also closed. Michelle -- Did K-9 get all the animals out okay?

What about the people who are out working until 7am and live in Riviera Heights trailer park how do they get home. All roads around there are closed there is only 2 ways in or out and they are both on University? Do they get to go through the road closing?

I wish so terribly that I could back to Fargo and help with the sand-bagging efforts. I lived the first 27 years of my life in Fargo. 13 years in Los Angeles has made me appreciate my home town even more.
