Vocal citizen in flooding, politics, school matters "R.D" Knutson dies
A prominent voice in area flood prevention plans died this morning on his way back to the Fargo area to prepare for this year’s flood. Dick “R.D.” Knutson, 64, suffered a fatal heart attack this morning while waiting to board a train in San Diego, said his friend Don Rudnick, the former Cass County sheriff.By: Forum staff report, INFORUM
