Fargo City Commission slates public hearing Monday on sex offender group home appeal
FARGO - The Fargo City Commission has scheduled a public hearing at 5:15 p.m. Monday to consider an appeal of the Planning Commission's recent vote preventing the creation of a group home for sex offenders and others on probation or parole who can’t find a place to live.By: Forum staff reports, INFORUM
