FLOOD UPDATE: Moorhead looks to 'finish out strong'; residents urged to leave sandbag levees in place after crest

MOORHEAD - Moorhead is buttoned up for this weekend’s expected crest of the Red River, and city officials told residents today not to take down their sandbag levees once the river starts to recede.
