Strand to recuse himself from Fargo South harassment case

FARGO – A School Board member has said he will recuse himself from hearing further testimony or deliberations on a case involving a South High School senior who has left the school after allegedly being threatened and harassed for her role as a whistleblower and for her bisexuality.
