FARGO – Ladia Albertson-Junkans never had the chance to let her mind wander during the half-marathon Saturday, thanks to the atmosphere. “The bands were great,” said Albertson-Junkans, a former University of Minnesota runner who now lives in St. Paul. “Between the bands and the spectators, I was never bored.”
