UPDATED: Police not yet releasing name of man rescued from submerged car in Red River
FARGO – Police are continuing to investigate an accident Saturday night in which a 31-year-old man became trapped and submerged underwater for about 12 minutes after driving his car into the Red River here near Broadway and Kandi Lane.
