Hamm says Fargo area losses from Memorial Day storm could top $5.8 million

BISMARCK, N.D. – North Dakota Insurance Commissioner Adam Hamm says the Fargo area has tallied more than $4.2 million in damage so far from the Memorial Day wind storm.
