UPDATED: Police say West Fargo man struck, not stabbed, as he confronts suspected car prowlers

WEST FARGO – Police here now say it appears a 28-year-old man wasn’t stabbed, but rather was struck in the shoulder with something early today when he confronted three people he believed were breaking into a vehicle in the alley behind his apartment.
