Conrad, Hoeven & Berg en route to flood-ravaged Minot
FARGO – North Dakota’s congressional delegation is traveling to Minot at this hour to meet with community leaders, assist authorities and assess the initial impacts of the ongoing flood emergency in the city of nearly 41,000.
