Lanning hopes to stop proliferation of smoke shops in Moorhead

MOORHEAD – Drive from Fargo to Moorhead over the Veterans Memorial Bridge, and you will be greeted by three shops on Moorhead’s Main Avenue that sell, among other things, pipes and bongs that police say are attractive to drug users.
