Souris River believed to have crested in Velva
VELVA, N.D. – Officials here believe the Souris River has crested. The river level is 1,514.5 feet and dropped 0.2 inch overnight, according to Maria Effertz Hanson, public information officer.By: Forum staff reports, INFORUM
