Flooding, rain could leave quarter of North Dakota crops unplanted

FARGO – An early glimpse shows North Dakota farmers may face one of their worst crops in more than a decade. Federal and state officials met by teleconference on Monday to discuss impacts of flooding and other natural disasters on agriculture across the state.
