Authorities rescue driver from Souris
MINOT, N.D. – Authorities say a woman had to be rescued when she drove her vehicle into Souris River floodwaters in Minot. Police tell KXMC-TV that the woman was allegedly driving drunk and trying to get to bingo at a bar. She was not immediately identified.By: Associated Press, INFORUM
