Weekend Watch: High Plains Festival
Friday through Sunday Since the 10,000 Lakes Festival ended nearly two years ago, there’s been a hole in the summer rock festival circuit. Sure, WE Fest is holding strong (Aug. 4-6), but Soo Pass Ranch, Detroit Lakes, Minn., is too nice a spot for only one show a year.
