FARGO – The popular misconception about the inside of the ice cream truck is that it’s chilly. In fact, it’s toasty – on a warm night, sweltering, even. “Everyone thinks it’s cold in here,” says Katie Fronning, “but there’s no AC, and the freezers let off heat.”
