Sand trumps Kalk 3-to-1 in 2nd-quarter fundraising for House race

FARGO - He's not a candidate yet but perennial congressional hopeful Duane Sand seems to have no trouble bringing in campaign contributions for a potential 2012 bid. Between April 1 and June 30, Sand raised more than three times as many donations as the only declared candidate in the 2012 House race, North Dakota Public Service Commissioner Brian Kalk.
