DULUTH, Minn. – The Federal Bureau of Investigation is now involved in the kidnapping of an Iron Range woman. Roberta Caskey was abducted by her estranged husband, Timothy Caskey, on July 14 in Virginia while she was walking with her son and a friend, who both were assaulted by him, according to the FBI.
