Forum editorial: North Dakota can do its part for flood relief
North Dakota Republican legislative leaders, specifically House Majority Leader Rep. Al Carlson, R-Fargo, apparently believe the state does not have sufficient resources to aid victims of flood in Minot, Bismarck-Mandan and elsewhere.
