Halgrimson: Tasty Broadway dining for 5 bucks or less

Downtown Fargo is my kind of place, and it’s been around a long time, even longer than I have. I like stopping downtown for lunch, and last summer after Broadway Dogs opened, I was a frequent visitor to the service cart parked in the 200 block near the U.S. Bank plaza.
