Willmar, Minn., woman pleads to charge for assaulting another woman with stiletto-heel shoe
WILLMAR — A 20-year-old Willmar woman pleaded guilty Monday to a third-degree assault charge for striking a woman in the face with a stiletto-heel shoe and causing serious injury to her eye.
