Sephora in West Acres JCPenney boosts traffic

FARGO – The Sephora boutique opened in the JCPenney store in West Acres mall on June 17. And things haven’t been the same since. “We had the largest one-day grand opening of any Sephora in the Penney company,” said Store Manager Mark Piller.
