Former welfare mom escapes domestic violence, regains life
The walk could be long and cold, but Marta Ybarra was grateful for it. When the young single mom got a part-time job at a business in Fargo’s Manchester building, she didn’t have a car. So she walked nearly a mile to her home from work. It gave her time to think about the chaos of her life.
